General Terms

MINISO USA offers various promotional sales, discounts, and special offers to provide value to our customers. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for all promotions at MINISO USA corporate-owned retail store locations.

Promotion Applicability

1. Valid Locations: All promotions are valid only at MINISO USA corporate-owned retail store locations within the United States. Promotions are not valid at franchised or licensed MINISO locations unless specifically stated otherwise.

2. In-Store Only: We do not operate online sales. All promotions are valid for in-store purchases only.

3. Promotional Periods: Each promotion is valid only during the dates and times specified. Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to prior purchases.

Types of Promotions

MINISO USA may offer various types of promotions, including but not limited to:

• Percentage discounts (e.g., 20% off)

• Dollar amount discounts (e.g., $5 off $25 purchase)

• Buy One Get One (BOGO) offers

• Seasonal sales

• Category-specific promotions

• Gift with purchase

• Special event promotions

Promotion Terms

1. Product Eligibility:

   • Specific promotions may apply only to select products, categories, or brands as indicated in promotional materials

   • Unless otherwise stated, promotions exclude gift cards and previously purchased merchandise

   • Sale items may be excluded from additional promotional discounts unless explicitly stated

2. Cannot Be Combined: Unless explicitly stated, promotions cannot be combined with:

   • Coupons

   • Additional discounts

   • Employee discounts (unless otherwise specified)

3. While Supplies Last: All promotional merchandise is available while supplies last. MINISO USA is not obligated to provide rain checks or substitute items.

4. Quantity Limits: MINISO USA reserves the right to limit quantities per customer to ensure fair access to promotional items.

5. No Price Adjustments: We do not offer price adjustments on items purchased before or after a promotional period.

Returns and Exchanges

• Items purchased during a promotion may be returned or exchanged according to MINISO USA's standard return policy

• Refunds will be issued for the actual amount paid by the customer

• If a “gift with purchase” item was received, the gift must be returned with the purchased item for a full refund

• For BOGO promotions, if one item is returned, the customer will be refunded the lowest-priced item

Promotional Communications

1. In-Store Signage: Promotional details will be clearly displayed on in-store signage, including any restrictions or exclusions

2. Digital Communications: Customers may receive promotional notifications via email, text message, or social media if they have opted in to receive such communications

3. Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy in all promotional materials, errors may occur. MINISO USA reserves the right to correct any pricing or promotional errors

Management Rights

MINISO USA reserves the right to:

• Modify, extend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice

• Correct pricing errors or promotional discrepancies

• Refuse promotional pricing on items that appear to have been incorrectly marked

• Limit the use of promotions to prevent abuse or fraudulent activity

• Make final decisions on all promotion-related matters

• Change this policy at any time

Promotional Abuse

MINISO USA reserves the right to deny promotional benefits to customers who:

• Attempt to use fraudulent methods to obtain promotional pricing

• Engage in bulk purchasing for resale purposes during promotional periods

• Violate the terms of any promotion

• Engage in behavior that staff reasonably believe is intended to abuse promotional offers
