MINISO USA Return Policy

Effective Date: October 24, 2025

At Miniso USA, customer satisfaction is important to us, although we do not accept any exchanges, we accept returns for unopened or defective merchandise with the original receipt. Please review our return policy as follows:

Returns:

• Returns accepted within SEVEN (7) days of purchase with original receipt

• Items must be in original condition with tags attached and packaging intact

• Refunds issued to original payment method

• Returns accepted at any Miniso USA Corporate Store location

Defective Merchandise:

• Defective items may be returned within SEVEN (7) days of purchase, even if opened

• Please bring the item with your original receipt to any store location

• Full refund will be issued to original payment method

Non-Returnable Items:

• Gift cards

• Final sale or clearance items (when clearly marked as such at time of purchase)

• Items without original receipt (store credit may be offered at manager's discretion)

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and make a new purchase.

Important Information:

• Original receipt required for all returns

• Refunds processed immediately at time of return

• This policy does not affect your rights under applicable state or federal consumer protection laws
