• Participation is open to all customers visiting any of the 50 participating Miniso USA store locations during the Event Period. Participants who are under eighteen (18) years of age must have express permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate; by claiming a prize, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges and agrees to these Rules on behalf of the minor. Miniso USA reserves the right to check the IDs of the customers in this Event in order to verify the age.

• The following persons are NOT eligible to participate or receive prizes:

  • Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Miniso USA, Inc. and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers;

  • Immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or household members (persons living in the same residence, whether or not related) of any of the foregoing; and

  • Any individual who has already claimed a prize during the same game round at the same Participating Store on the same day.

• Void where prohibited or restricted by applicable federal, state, or local law.

• No purchase is necessary to participate in the Event. A purchase will NOT increase your chances of winning. Making a purchase does not constitute an entry into this Promotion and provides no advantage over participants who do not make a purchase.

The Event runs in two (2) rounds daily at each participating store:

• Game 1: Store Opening until 2:00 PM – 3 prize winners available.

• Game 2: 3:00 PM until Store Closing – 3 prize winners available.

  
  

Once all prizes for a given round are claimed, that round is closed. Prizes are not guaranteed to be available when a participant arrives.

To participate, customers must:

• Step 1 – Review the Clue: Read the daily hint displayed on the official Event poster located at the Participating Store.

• Step 2 – Find the Card: Search the Participating Store for a hidden YOYO Card placed in a location consistent with the daily clue.

• Step 3 – Claim Your Prize: Present the found YOYO Card to a Miniso USA store associate at the front counter to claim your prize.

• Step 4 – Verification: The store associate will verify your eligibility, confirm the card’s validity, and administer the prize claim. Miniso USA reserves the right to verify participant eligibility before awarding any prize.

Prizes are awarded to the first eligible participants who locate and present a valid YOYO Card during each game round. Prize details are as follows:

A total of six (6) prizes are available per day at each participating store (three per game round). Prizes are awarded as follows:

• Normal YOYO Card: Winner receives a Miniso Goodie Bag filled with random Miniso items, with an approximate clearance value of $30 or a retail value of $60 or more.

• Rare YOYO Card: Winner receives a Miniso Goodie Bag plus an additional 20% OFF Voucher (The Voucher is subject to separate terms and conditions printed on or accompanying the Voucher, including expiration date, applicable exclusions, and single-use limitation).

  
  

Prizes are available while supplies last. The Event poster at each store will display the remaining available prizes for the current game round; store staff will cross off a box as each prize is claimed. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the prize value.

• Prize Limit: Limit one (1) prize per participant per day. Each game round includes three (3) hidden YOYO Cards.

• Tiebreaker: In the event of a tie or dispute, winners will be determined by a random draw or coin toss conducted by Miniso USA. Miniso USA’s decisions are final in all matters related to the Event.

• Disqualification: Participants may be immediately disqualified, and prizes forfeited, if the participant:

  • Violates any of these Rules or any applicable law or regulation;

  • Tampers with, moves, or otherwise interferes with YOYO Cards placed by Miniso USA staff prior to their discovery, or conceals cards from other participants;

  • Engages in fraud, misrepresentation, or any deceptive conduct in connection with the Promotion;

  • Acts in a disruptive, abusive, or threatening manner toward Miniso USA employees or other store patrons;

  • Attempts to claim more than one (1) prize per round or per Event Period; or is found to be ineligible by Miniso USA at any time.

• Non-Transferable: Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value.

• Compliance: Participants must comply with all Event rules, venue policies, and instructions from store staff at all times.

• Modifications & Cancellation: Miniso USA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Event at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

• By claiming a prize, each winner expressly consents to Miniso USA’s use of their name, likeness, photograph, image, voice, and/or statements (“Likeness”) in connection with this Promotion for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

• This consent is provided pursuant to and in compliance with California Civil Code § 3344 and applicable right-of-publicity laws. Winners who do not wish to have their Likeness used for commercial promotional purposes must opt out in writing at the time of prize claim by notifying the Miniso USA store associate before any photography or recording occurs. Opting out will NOT affect the winner’s right to receive their prize.

• Participants who are minors (under 18): A parent or legal guardian must provide written consent (See Attachment 1) for any use of the minor’s Likeness for promotional purposes. Absent such written consent, Miniso USA will not use the minor’s Likeness for commercial promotion.

• Privacy & Data Protection

  • Miniso USA collects limited personal information (such as name and contact details, where applicable) solely for the purpose of administering this Promotion and complying with applicable legal obligations. Such information will be handled in accordance with Miniso USA’s Privacy Policy, available at the Miniso USA website.

  • California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100 et seq., including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale of personal information. To exercise these rights, please contact Miniso USA.

  • Miniso USA does not sell personal information collected in connection with this Promotion to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

• TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Miniso USA, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, “Released Parties”) shall NOT be liable for:

  • Any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Promotion or from accepting, possessing, or using any prize;

  • Any lost, stolen, damaged, misdirected, or unclaimed prizes;

  • Any technical failures, errors, or malfunctions of any kind in connection with the Promotion;

  • Any unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion; or

  • Any printing, typographical, administrative, or technological error in any materials associated with the Promotion.

• By participating, each participant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to participation in the Promotion or acceptance of any prize.

• IMPORTANT – CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS: Nothing in these Rules is intended to limit any rights you may have under California law that cannot be waived by contract, including rights under California Civil Code § 1542, which provides: “A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party.” To the extent permitted by law, participants expressly waive the benefits of California Civil Code § 1542 with respect to claims arising from this Promotion.

• The Released Parties make no warranties, express or implied, regarding any prize or the Promotion.

Miniso USA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:

• Modify, amend, supplement, or update these Rules at any time;

• Suspend, shorten, extend, or terminate the Promotion or any game round at any participating store, for any reason, including but not limited to force majeure, acts of God, natural disaster, technical failure, public health emergency, or governmental order; or

• Disqualify any prize in the event of tampering, fraud, or other activities that compromise the integrity of the Promotion.

• In the event of termination, Miniso USA will make reasonable efforts to award prizes already legitimately earned prior to termination, subject to the other provisions of these Rules.

• Governing Law

  • These Rules and all disputes arising from or related to this Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

• Dispute Resolution

  • Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Promotion or these Rules that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS or the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under their applicable rules, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. CLASS ACTION WAIVER: Participants waive any right to bring or participate in any class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding arising from or related to this Promotion.

• Jurisdiction & Venue

  • To the extent that arbitration does not apply or is not permitted by law, the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute shall be the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and each party irrevocably consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Miniso USA is committed to ensuring equal access to this Promotion for all eligible participants, including individuals with disabilities. Participants who require a reasonable accommodation to participate in this Promotion should notify a Miniso USA store associate or contact Miniso USA customer support (Section 15). Miniso USA will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests consistent with the nature of the Promotion and applicable law.

If any provision of these Rules is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Rules constitute the entire agreement between Miniso USA and participants with respect to this Promotion and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, regarding the Promotion.

By participating in this Promotion, each participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Official Promotion Rules and the decisions of Miniso USA, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion.
